Information we may receive
The website does not include a public account system. DEVlink may receive personal data when you use the contact form, contact us by email, introduce yourself regarding a career, request product information, or begin a technical evaluation. The contact form can include your name, work email, company, selected topic, message, technical environment, and confirmation that you have read this notice. Do not submit credentials, private keys, export-controlled files, or confidential source material through the public form.
Why we use the information
DEVlink uses the information to respond to enquiries, assess product or partnership discussions, prepare an evaluation, manage recruitment conversations, maintain business correspondence, and protect legitimate business interests. Depending on the situation, processing may be necessary to take steps before an agreement, fulfil an agreement, meet a legal obligation, or pursue a legitimate interest.
Website operation and technical logs
The DEVlink website code does not intentionally set analytics or marketing cookies in this release. A hosting or network provider may process technical information such as IP address, time, requested resource, browser information, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
Contact-form delivery and CRM processing
The website contact form is provided through HubSpot. When you submit it, the information is transferred to DEVlink’s HubSpot account, recorded as a form submission and contact record, and made available to the responsible DEVlink sales contact for follow-up. HubSpot may process form data and technical information according to DEVlink’s configuration and the applicable service terms. DEVlink does not use the form to request passwords, private keys, export-controlled files, or confidential source material.
Sharing and international processing
Personal data may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, CRM and form processing, email, security, or business operations under appropriate instructions and safeguards. DEVlink does not sell personal data. Any transfer outside the EU/EEA must use an applicable legal basis and safeguards.
Retention
Information is retained only for as long as needed for the purpose, an ongoing business relationship, legal obligations, dispute handling, or legitimate documentation needs. Recruitment introductions that do not lead to an active process should be reviewed and removed when they are no longer relevant.

The site links to external websites such as ALIARO and LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are controlled by those organisations. DEVlink may update this notice when the website, services, or processing changes.
